Thanks for reading, Lena & Erik! A friend of mine recently turned me on to an album on Grunt by Joe E. Covington called "Fat Fandango". It's actually Joey Covington, who was the drummer for Jefferson Airplane from 1969-1972. He also was in Song when it was spelled Tsong. He's the co-writer of "Like We Were Before" and another unreleased song called "Let's Be Friends". On Joey's website - www.joeycovington.com - he credits the songs to Covington/Schecter where the 45 and Lp credit "Like We Were Before" to Rooney Jr./Covington. I'll write Joey and try to get the scoop...
